  • Full-time 40 hours\/week<\/li>\n
  • In office (North Phoenix)<\/li>\n
  • W2 salary<\/li>\n

    The Travel Consultant (TC) is the primary point of contact for the customer and provides active travel consultation, from the beginning of the organization process to the end of the trip, passing through the active phase of creating and selling the trip, and being available 24\/7 while the clients are abroad.<\/p>\n

    The TC:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      \n
    • responsible for accurately, efficiently and timely handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, online, etc.).<\/li>\n
    • Works independently on the travel request<\/li>\n
    • Takes the initiative to provide assistance to team members and managementas requested.<\/li>\n
    • Provides the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares,exchange costs and penalties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      \u2022 Minimum of 2 plus years’ experience in the travel management industry \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred
      \n\u2022 Multilingual preferred (Italian speaker a plus)
      \n\u2022 Positive and bright attitude<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
      \n\u2022 Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
      \n\u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills
      \n\u2022 Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
      \n\u2022 Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
      \n\u2022 Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
      \n\u2022 Strong problem solving and\/or critical thinking skills \u2022 Willingness to travel domestically and internationally<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
