These provisions shall remain in force until 31 May 2022. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trovanorme.salute.gov.it\/norme\/dettaglioAtto?id=86554\">Ordinance 29 March 2022<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>When entering Italy, travellers are required by law to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>complete the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salute.gov.it\/portale\/nuovocoronavirus\/dettaglioContenutiNuovoCoronavirus.jsp?lingua=english&amp;id=5412&amp;area=nuovoCoronavirus&amp;menu=vuoto&amp;tab=2\"><strong>Passenger Locator Form<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 before departure and submit it to the controlling personnel:<\/li>\n<li><strong>submit one of the COVID-19 green certificates<\/strong>\u00a0or other certification recognized as equivalent (completion of vaccination series or recovery or swab test)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The equivalent certification is:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div class=\"v1WordSection1\">\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">completion of the primary vaccination series or booster dose<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0according to the vaccination plans of the countries of release with vaccines authorized by the European Medical Agency* (primary series validity 9 months and booster dose without predefined limit)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">recovery from SARS-CoV-2 infection\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">(valid for 180 days from positive swab test)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">recovery after the administration of<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0the first dose of vaccine or at the end of the primary vaccination series or following the administration of the relevant booster dose<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">rapid antigen or molecular swab test,<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> respectively within 48 or 72 hours before entry into Italy<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency:<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div class=\"v1WordSection1\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div class=\"v1WordSection1\">\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b>Pfizer-BioNtech Comirnaty<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b>Moderna<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b>Vaxzevria<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b>Janssen (Johnson &amp; Johnson)<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b>Nuvaxovid (Novavax)<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">or to vaccines considered equivalent by the Italian legislation\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">(Covishield, Fiocruz, R-Covi).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>In Italy, the COVID-19 Green Certificate, or\u00a0<em>green pass<\/em>, is the tool that allows people to travel, take public transportation, and access workplaces, schools, universities, healthcare facilities, food service establishments, and hotels. It also allows to take advantage of some services and participate in numerous cultural, recreational and sports activities.<\/p>\n<p>Consult the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.governo.it\/sites\/governo.it\/files\/documenti\/documenti\/Notizie-allegati\/tabella_attivita_consentite.pdf\"><strong>table<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0of permitted activities without the green pass, with the \u201cbasic\u201d green pass and with the \u201csuper\u201d green pass and the website\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dgc.gov.it\/web\/\">dgc.gov.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On 12 June, The CDC announced <strong>negative COVID tests will <\/strong><strong><em>not be required<\/em><\/strong> <strong>to enter the US.\u00a0 &#8220;<em>As of 12:01AM ET on June 12, 2022, CDC will no longer require air passengers traveling from a foreign country to the United States to show a negative COVID-19 viral test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before they board their flight.\u201c<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For further information do not hesitate to contact me!<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you travelling in Italy?
