  1. Pentedattilo<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Set in the Aspromonte National Park, in the south of Italy, or rather in the deep south of Calabria.
    here you will find abandoned houses, unkempt gardens, noiseless streets… but also some shops, open only during the day, to buy typical products or souvenirs.<\/p>\r\n

    Apparently only one person lives here!<\/p>\r\n

    2. Civita di Bagnoregio<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    Isolated and reachable only via a bridge built in 1965 that can be crossed on foot.<\/p>\r\n

    It is characterized by its narrow stone streets, you can take a walk and you will be enchanted by admiring the many medieval houses that have remained intact, the church of San Donato which overlooks the main square, a 16th century mill and Bonaventura’s birthplace.<\/p>\r\n

    The inhabitants here are increasing: there are permanently a dozen!<\/p>\r\n

    3. Craco<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    So beautiful that it was chosen by many directors as a film set due to its evocative power and breathtaking views!<\/p>\r\n

    the village is truly abandoned, in fact we recommend visiting it with a guide: among the ruins there is the risk of possible collapses.<\/p>\r\n

    4. Savogno<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    We move to the north, just a couple of hours from Milan.<\/p>\r\n

    If you like walking you will be in the right place!
    This village can only be reached on foot and along a steep mule track of 2800 steps.<\/p>\r\n

    This delightful medieval village still preserves stone walls, wooden loggias, stables, the grape press, the fountains and the bread oven: a bubble left out of time where you can wander through alleys and cobblestone streets.<\/p>\r\n

    5. Balestrino<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    Still in the north, but close to the sea: a few km from Savona.<\/p>\r\n

    This too was chosen as a film set, for its beauty!<\/p>\r\n

    Here time stopped several years ago, when the earthquake destroyed everything…<\/p>\r\n
